MONTHLY STUDENTS pay at the beginning of the month and that guarantees their weekly lesson time.  Lessons may be made up if 24 hours notice is given, otherwise there will be a charge for the lesson.  If possible, students should make up their lesson the same week, or within the month.  Otherwise, there will be an opportunity to make up a maximum of two (2) lessons per six month period on designated dates (see Studio Calendar).  

SHORT-TERM students schedule their lessons as time permits in my teaching schedule, pay for their lessons as they take them, and must always have one lesson fee on deposit. Because these students are booking "occasional" time slots that another monthly or short-term student could take, there are no make up lessons, and the deposit is applied to a lesson that is cancelled.

Most lessons are scheduled monthly and paid for in advance on the first lesson of the month.  If you begin your lessons in the middle of the month, it will be pro-rated.  For those months that a have 3 or 5 week schedule, the amount will be adjusted accordingly.  The monthly rate will hold your lesson day and time.  Payment is accepted by cash or check, and credit/debit card through PayPal on my website.
